Solution Consultant HCM

Overview

You will drive value for prospective Workday customers by showcasing our HCM solutions in the UK retail, hospitality, and transportation sectors. As part of the Solution Consulting team, you’ll blend product expertise with industry know-how to help prospects understand how Workday’s HCM software addresses their needs. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to deliver compelling demos, answer questions, and support sales opportunities. Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars
• Assist in closing opportunities by addressing questions about our solution, services, and training
• Qualify prospects, define demonstration criteria, and contribute to proof of concept and sales closure plans
• Support sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives
• Assist with RFIs/RFPs responses
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization
• Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge through Workday learning opportunities

Key requirements

• Professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting / HR role
• Expertise in administrative systems around HR
• Understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions (desirable)
• Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to technical and business audiences
• Strong functional experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
