Responsibilities

• Own and grow UK and international client relationships and cultivate new business
• Support senior team members and specialists in delivering international tax advisory services
• Develop the technical and operational skills of junior team members
• Manage international advisory projects, deadlines, billing, and delegation
• Liaise with HM Revenue and Customs on technical matters
• Collaborate in diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing culture

Key requirements

• ICAS/ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification or experience
• Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax rules and international tax principles
• Experience delivering and managing tax advisory projects (M&A, restructuring, refinancing, Pillar Two)
• Proven track record of leading a team to deliver services for varied clients
• Exposure to, or interest in, international clients
• Excellent communication and project management skills
