Databricks – European Alliance Associate Director

Overview

In this role you will lead the Databricks alliance across Europe, collaborating with Databricks Global and EY teams to shape and govern the alliance strategy. You will drive engagement, governance, and performance insights to accelerate regional outcomes and ensure compliant program execution. The position offers cross-border interaction with multiple EY service lines and a global partner network, enabling you to influence strategic bets and market activation. Responsibilities

• Execute European Databricks alliance strategy and objectives
• Facilitate senior-level Databricks relationships and program management for strategic bets
• Governance with clear accountability across Global service lines, sectors, and regions
• Produce Databricks business reviews and feed insights to European alliance executives
• Drive regional activation and compliance of partner programs
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and impact analysis
• Support entry into new countries/regions with proper governance and contracting
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Collaborate with Enablement and Brand, Marketing and Communications to define messaging for Europe
• Contribute to Global Alliance network with knowledge sharing and market insights

Key requirements

• Strong multitasking and enablement skills across relationship management, governance, marketing strategy, contract and financial management
• Understanding of Databricks technology and business benefits
• Experience in alliance management or technology/professional services business development
• Proven success in building and nurturing win–win alliance relationships
• Strong networking and influence management delivering cross-organizational results
• Credible communicator with solid project management and alliance revenue delivery
