Mechanical Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead mechanical and electrical project delivery for a well-established building services contractor. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined standards while actively managing risks and costs. You will lead project teams, uphold health and safety, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, industrial, heritage and residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within budget to agreed standards
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures
• Manage project staff performance with clear roles and responsibilities
• Promote Health & Safety at all times
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Key requirements

• Qualified Project Manager
• Experience on M&E projects
• Experience with full contract management
• Projects with 10M value or more (preferred)
• Effective communicator across levels to build relationships
