BIM Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead BIM delivery for a respected building services consultancy in Central Manchester, driving BIM strategy across large-scale projects. You will work within the design team to implement BIM standards and coordinate multi-project delivery, using your Revit expertise to shape workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is reflected in coordinated models while maintaining industry CAD standards. • Lead BIM strategy and execution across multiple projects
• Track and implement international CAD/BIM standards

Key requirements

• Minimum 6+ years experience
• Revit expert
• Experience in a contractor environment
• AutoCAD and Revit 3D BIM qualified
• Thorough knowledge of industry CAD/BIM requirements
• Ability to work on multiple projects across different teams
• Engineering technician background beneficial
