Managing Consultant – FS – AI

Overview

As a Managing Consultant leading PA’s AI Agentic practice in Financial Services, you drive AI-driven transformation for banks, asset management, and insurance. You will shape the go-to-market, build client-ready AI capabilities, and guide C-suite discussions from strategy to value realisation. You will work with cross-functional FS teams to expand AI offerings and deliver high-impact engagements. This role combines industry insight, AI expertise, and strategic leadership to accelerate client outcomes and firm growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead PA’s FS AI business, combining AI expertise with existing capabilities
• Execute go-to-market strategy to expand AI transformation offerings in FS
• Guide clients from AI strategy through adoption to value realisation
• Manage engagements to deliver high-quality outcomes and identify extensions
• Develop AI proposals tailored to individual client needs
• Advise C-suite stakeholders and lead large-scale transformation programmes
• Contribute to development of robust business development plans for AI in FS

Key requirements

• Understanding of management consulting frameworks and financial principles
• Ability to influence at C-suite level and navigate FS buying centers
• Deep understanding of AI topics relevant to FS (fraud, compliance, customer service, etc.)
• Proven experience in end-to-end transformation programmes and delivery governance
• Track record of scoping, pricing, planning, and achieving follow-on business
