Magnetics Manufacturing Operative

Overview

In this Manufacturing Operator role, you will directly produce Magnetics-based products within a quality-controlled aerospace/defence environment. You will work as part of a manufacturing team on a 39-hour week with an intensive onboarding program to develop the required skills. Your impact comes from delivering precise builds on time while maintaining high safety and quality standards. The role supports a four-day week culture and offers ongoing training and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and verify products following detailed build instructions
• Produce within time and cost constraints
• Operate in a Quality Accredited environment per aerospace and general manufacturing controls
• Maintain safety at all times and uphold a zero-harm culture
• Demonstrate zero tolerance to defects
• Complete onboarding training (~12 weeks)

• Ability to read internal documents/customer drawings to standards after training
