Clinical Project Leader / Senior Project Leader – Biotech (Select EU countries)

In this role you will lead global clinical project delivery for Parexel’s biotech clients, applying your deep trial experience to drive on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. You will manage cross-functional teams, client relationships, and project financials while ensuring GCP/ICH compliance. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain formal project plans with milestones, budgets, and resources
• Perform risk management and contingency planning
• Set and uphold quality standards to ensure first-time quality
• Own client relationships at study level and ensure high client satisfaction
• Manage project P&L, revenue recognition, budgeting, and invoicing
• Lead cross-functional project teams to successful study completion
• Represent Project Leadership in external meetings (Bid Pursuit, Investigator Meetings)
• Contribute to SOPs and other organizational initiatives

Key requirements

• Strong CRO experience with Phase II-III clinical trial project management
• Therapeutic area knowledge: Oncology essential; Dermatology, Women’s Health, Neurology, Rare Disease, Radiopharmaceuticals desirable
• English language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Financial management and client relationship skills
• Experience with bid defense activities and eClinical systems desirable
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate cross-functionally
• Capability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word, and project planning software
