Responsibilities

• Advocate before regulatory tribunals and courts (including High Court) on fitness to practise matters
• Manage own matters from intake to resolution
• Draft and review hearing documents and submissions
• Advise on investigations and progression of matters
• Provide wider regulatory guidance to clients
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to professional development and client care initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with advocacy experience
• At least 1 year handling contested/uncontested hearings in fitness to practise context
• Ability to manage own matters independently
• Strong analytical skills and technical regulatory expertise
• Team-oriented and client-focused approach
• Commitment to continuous professional development
