Principal Digital Innovation, AWSI Digital Innovation & Prototyping

Overview

In this role you drive digital innovation engagements for enterprise customers, shaping and delivering the AWSI program with cross-functional teams. You will build executive relationships, qualify opportunities, and translate findings into cloud prototypes and scalable solutions. You’ll track engagement impact and help refine the engagement model while operating in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This position offers the opportunity to influence how large organizations adopt cloud and AI to transform their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop C-suite and line-of-business relationships with leading innovators
• Identify and qualify customers for the Digital Innovation program in collaboration with Sales leadership
• Facilitate workshops with customer executive groups
• Own a vertical within the AWSI Portfolio and manage program-level documentation
• Coordinate translation of solutions into working cloud prototypes with engineering and partners
• Build value propositions and business cases
• Train and enable local sales teams to qualify customers
• Lead end-to-end digital innovation engagements and secure sponsorship, revenue attribution, and references
• Track engagement value and major wins; improve the engagement model
• Collaborate with Partner team to engage accelerative partners
• Engage with internal teams to advance learning and thought leadership
• Deliver customer briefings and speak at events; contribute to solutions-led thought leadership
• Execute strategic business development plans with internal stakeholders
• Manage a high volume of engagements in a fast-moving market

Key requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing digital innovation or equivalent consultative-selling role
• 5+ years in business development, consulting, product management, or IT solutions development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in technology industry (highly desired)
• BA or above education
