Coordinator – Maintenance/Inventory

Overview

In this role you ensure maximum equipment availability by accurately mapping engineering stores and maintaining spare parts. You will work with the engineering team and suppliers to optimize stock, manage a monthly stores budget, and log items in the CMMS. The position supports TPM and food safety compliance to drive reliable, safe operations. Responsibilities

• Manage effective stocks and spares with the engineering team
• Control and forecast a monthly stores budget
• Issue purchase orders and ensure financial compliance
• Negotiate with OEMs and local suppliers for competitive prices
• Order and receive spares; maintain stock and critical spare levels
• Use CMMS to log and allocate spares, parts and stock items
• Conduct scheduled cycle counts and accurate stock management
• Receive and check incoming spares and parts
• Support Rich Products TPM program
• Perform tasks assigned by Site Engineering Manager
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality standards; support audits
• Champion Health and Safety and adhere to policies and procedures

Key requirements

• Understanding of engineering terminology
• Knowledge of engineering components
• Understanding of engineering technical and OEM drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in stores/warehouse environment and stock control
