Responsibilities
- Contribute to design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to project scope
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, capturing requirements and supporting their success
- Contribute to improving architectural standards, approaches, and tooling
- Collaborate within a diverse team of digital specialists to deliver cutting-edge solutions
- Provide technical input for RFPs and business development initiatives
- Learn from and be mentored by senior colleagues to develop Salesforce skills
Key requirements
- Solid foundation in Salesforce development with preferred certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or Administrator)
- Practical experience in Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
- Understanding of development lifecycle, code management, and Salesforce concepts
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with declarative tools (Flow Builder) and relational databases
- Strong consulting or CRM implementation experience in client-facing roles
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder relationship skills
