Integration Consultant

Overview

As an Integration Consultant, you will design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions using Azure Integration Services within a collaborative team. You will balance hands-on engineering with solution architecture, supporting customer engagements from design to handover. The role offers growth toward senior technical and architectural responsibilities while deepening Azure and DevOps expertise. You will help customers translate needs into robust, scalable integration patterns in hybrid landscapes. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position at Reply, focused on modern cloud-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Azure Integration Services and related Azure technologies
• Translate requirements into robust integration designs leveraging appropriate patterns
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and provide estimates for integration workstreams
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery and operability
• Apply knowledge of hybrid integration approaches, including BizTalk Server where required
• Support quality with automated testing and governance/security adherence
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning

Key requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions)
• Strong foundations in integration design patterns, event-driven architecture, RESTful APIs, and JSON/XML transformation
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), automated testing frameworks and mocking tools
• Understanding of Azure resource provisioning, ARM/Bicep templates, and cloud governance
• Experience with BizTalk Server or similar enterprise integration platforms is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional stakeholder engagement
• Proactive, commercially aware, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• 2.1 degree or above in a technical or computing discipline
