Overview

In this Senior Associate role at a boutique London firm, you will specialise in contentious insolvency disputes, advising a varied client base on complex matters arising in administrations, liquidations and distressed situations. You will handle challenging claims including antecedent transactions, misfeasance, breach of duty, asset recovery and fraud-related issues, with exposure to urgent applications and central insolvency-focused commercial litigation. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and the growth of the practice. Key requirements

• qualified solicitor with around 5+ years PQE in contentious insolvency
• substantial focus on insolvency disputes or strong track record in contentious insolvency within commercial litigation
