Platform Technical Lead (Order Management & Fulfilment)

Overview

As Platform Technical Lead for Order Management & Fulfilment, you will steer the OM&F capability across squads, translating business intent into scalable, AI-native platform capabilities. You’ll shape domain standards, drive TM Forum-aligned architecture, and mentor high-performing teams while partnering with cross-functional groups to align engineering with business goals. You influence platform strategy and delivery to enable rapid, secure, and reusable solutions across telecom processes. Responsibilities

• Provide technical and domain leadership for OM&F across multiple squads
• Lead delivery of Order-to-Fulfilment capabilities
• Define domain standards, guardrails and engineering practices
• Drive AI-native and specification-driven software delivery
• Establish TM Forum-aligned architecture and integration patterns
• Translate business requirements into structured, reusable specifications
• Lead governance, design reviews and risk resolution
• Develop and coach engineering teams; influence strategic platform decisions
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Network, Security and Operations to align priorities

Key requirements

• 10+ years in telecommunications OSS/BSS, digital platforms or software engineering
• 5+ years in senior technical leadership or engineering leadership roles
• Subject matter expertise in OM&F processes and system design
• Deep knowledge of TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and TMF Open APIs
• Strong experience with Product/Service Ordering, Order Decomposition and related TMF APIs
• Experience delivering Order-to-Fulfilment in telecom environments
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience leading greenfield platform initiatives and working in high-ambiguity settings
• Experience with specification-driven, model-driven or AI-native delivery approaches
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
