Senior FSQA Manager – PHF (all genders)

Overview

In this role you will drive food safety and quality compliance across our Europe-based supplier network, partnering with procurement, sourcing, and distribution teams. You will lead on audits, supplier performance, and strategic quality initiatives to reduce complaints and boost customer satisfaction. By developing best-practice processes and coordinating cross-functional efforts, you help maintain high safety standards and product quality. Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site supplier visits and audits to approve suppliers and drive quality improvements
• Develop best-practice workflows using industry knowledge and supplier experience
• Strategically manage supplier product quality and performance, focusing on complaint reduction
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance
• Investigate quality issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Own category KPIs related to out-of-spec deliveries, complaints, and compliance
• Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers and products ensuring safety, legal, and quality compliance

Key requirements

• 4+ years in quality and food safety management, preferably in produce
• Experience in auditing food manufacturers; HACCP or internal auditing qualifications desirable
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international trips
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; German a plus
• Calm, decisive under pressure with ability to multitask in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
