Technical Revenue Operations Analyst

Overview

In this role you’ll drive revenue operations at Wayflyer by owning integrations, lead routing and data analytics to improve sales productivity. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to deliver scalable solutions and ensure data integrity across systems. You’ll apply a continuous-improvement mindset to optimize processes and adoption of automated capabilities. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how Wayflyer scales its revenue operations and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Integrations & technical ownership: build, maintain and enhance systems, automations, workflows and integrations to boost sales productivity.
• Lead routing: own lead allocation, enrichment and identify inefficiencies in inbound flow.
• Data analytics & problem solving: analyze process performance, perform root cause analysis and propose implementable solutions; track KPIs.
• Cross-functional collaboration & project ownership: work with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
• Support revenue data hygiene: enrichment and data integrity across systems.
• Driving operational excellence: support the rollout and scaling of automated solutions.

Key requirements

• 3+ years in RevOps, MarOps, consultancy or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills and technical fluency; ability to translate requirements between tech and non-tech teams
• Excel, Google Sheets, SQL or Python (Pandas, Numpy, Seaborn, Matplotlib)
• Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Pipedream, n8n, UIPath)
• Proven expertise configuring and administering HubSpot and GTM-function tech (CPQ, CLM, sales enablement, engagement & orchestration, customer-success platforms)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication to drive adoption and change management
• Robust problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Highly organized with strong project management and cross-functional coordination
