Overview

In this role you will be the technical bridge for studios evaluating and implementing Griptape, Foundry’s AI workflow platform. You’ll build workflows and demos, guide customers through evaluations, and help migrate existing AI pipelines into Griptape, shaping production-level creative outcomes. You’ll work within the Creative Services team to support adoption, connect Griptape with studio pipelines and Foundry’s tools, and stay aligned with AI industry trends. This is a hands-on, customer-facing opportunity in the UK with a mission-driven, inclusive culture and a chance to influence AI-enabled creativity at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build Griptape workflows and demos for product and customer needs
• Provide in-depth consultation and support to customers with Q&A and problem solving
• Help customers migrate existing workflows to Griptape
• Advise on integration of Griptape with studio pipelines (e.g., Nuke)
• Act as voice of customers to product teams; feedback to development
• Represent Foundry at events and tradeshows
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to execute product strategy
• Keep up-to-date with AI industry trends

Key requirements

• Proficiency in Python
• High-end production experience in a studio environment (film or games)
• Hands-on generative AI knowledge (local model installation, quantization, training models, building LORAs)
• Understanding of tool integration within a studio pipeline
• Experience with node-based AI workflow tools
