Senior Associate – Asset Based Lending

Overview

In this role you will join Mills & Reeve’s highly regarded Banking & Finance team to deepen your Asset Based Lending expertise. You will work on domestic and international debt finance deals, collaborating with partners across the UK to deliver complex, high-value transactions. You will advise lenders and corporates, draft and negotiate key finance documents, and help nurture client relationships. Responsibilities

• Advise banks, lenders, fund managers and corporates on finance and security matters
• Work across asset-based lending, leveraged finance, corporate lending, with exposure to real estate finance and capital markets
• Support corporate transactions including M&A and funding structures
• Draft and negotiate key finance documentation
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and contribute to business development

Key requirements

• 4+ PQE
