Senior Designer

Overview

As a Senior Designer at Prophet, you translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts and oversee omni-channel design solutions. You will collaborate with Strategy and Account teams to understand client needs and guide dazzling, real-world outcomes. Your work intersects brand, strategy, and user experience, shaping how audiences engage with clients’ brands. This role offers the chance to influence studio culture and work with a global creative team to deliver impactful, well-crafted design. You’ll be motivated by pushing your comfort zone, inspiring peers, and contributing to transformative work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic and Account teams to capture client needs
• Contribute to creative strategy development
• Deliver high-quality omni-channel design solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and external resources
• Contribute to studio culture and inspire colleagues
• Interface confidently with clients for presentations and project management
• Manage time, process, and workflow effectively
• Support understanding of how design impacts real-world users

Key requirements

• 5+ years in a relevant design team
• Advanced skills: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, XD
• Degree level experience in Graphic Design
• Strong typography and design principles across print and digital
• Solid verbal and written presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Basic understanding of UX and UI design
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of print processes and production
