Director Product Offering Development

Overview

In this role you bridge business and tech to design and evolve a cloud-native, SaaS data platform for life sciences and healthcare analytics. You will shape product strategy, go-to-market plans, and key partnerships, driving a scalable information management solution. You collaborate across teams to address complex data challenges and lead innovation in data pipelines and analytics platforms. You join a mission to turn heterogeneous health data into actionable insights at scale, delivering impactful products for life sciences customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a data management team within the life sciences domain
• Maintain close relationships with partners, development, QA, and delivery leads
• Collaborate with solution and business areas to capture requirements and support product development
• Drive innovation to address healthcare and life sciences data challenges
• Navigate frequent changes and competing priorities
• Provide thought leadership and promote product management best practices

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of data warehousing architecture and design principles
• 10+ years in data management and analytics within life sciences
• 10+ years in databases, data warehousing, data lakes, and related technologies
• Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions with AWS expertise (other clouds a plus)
• Experience with complex data pipelines and analytics platforms using Hive, Spark, Presto, Cassandra, Hadoop, ML/NLP
