Real Assets Client Solutions – VP

Overview

In this role you will partner with clients and internal teams to shape target operating models and technology solutions for real assets. You will drive process optimization and platform enhancements within Citco’s Transformation Office, contributing to scalable, cross-functional transformation programs. You’ll apply deep real assets knowledge to design practical solutions that improve client servicing and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that sits at the frontier of technology, operations, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to assess fund servicing requirements and identify operational challenges
• Support design of target operating models and technology solutions aligned with client needs
• Drive transformation initiatives across the real assets business to optimize processes and platform capabilities
• Design and implement strategic client transformation engagements with cross-functional collaboration
• Provide deep Real Assets product knowledge and guidance to project teams
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and project teams to define business requirements and support implementation
• Assist with requirements sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives
• Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities with leadership for strategic execution
• Engage internal stakeholders to communicate benefits and implications of transformation
• Support project execution through risk identification and reporting alongside the project manager
• Stay updated on industry changes and technology advancements
• Mentor junior team members to foster innovation and continuous improvement

Key requirements

• 7-10 years of real assets industry experience
• Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree
• Client-facing experience in financial services essential
• Strong knowledge of real assets (real estate, infrastructure, natural capital, real estate debt) and fund structures essential
• Understanding of investment servicing models and workflows essential
• Familiarity with investment accounting rules and regulatory reporting beneficial
• Business transformation leadership experience beneficial
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams
