Associate/Senior Associate, Employment Lawyer, Tax & Legal

Overview

In this role, you will join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial employment-law team within Deloitte’s Tax & Legal practice. You will work with large, multinational clients on complex employment issues, including reorganisations, dismissals, transfers, investigations, and disputes. You’ll help deliver end-to-end, multi-disciplinary solutions that integrate legal advice with Deloitte’s broader consulting capabilities. The opportunity emphasizes collaboration, development, and leveraging technology to drive practical HR outcomes. Responsibilities

• Advise on employment law matters for large employers and multinational organizations
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams across Deloitte to deliver end-to-end client solutions
• Support life-cycle HR projects from strategy through implementation and potential outsourced operation
• Engage in business development and maintain commercial client relationships
• Collaborate to integrate legal services with broader Deloitte capabilities and technology solutions

Key requirements

• Broad experience as a solicitor specializing in employment law
• Experience with large employers and multinational/global reorganisations, dismissals, transfers
• Advising on investigations and disputes in employment law
• Strong analytical ability and clear written and spoken communication
• Good organizational skills and experience in project management
• Commercial approach to client service and business development
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
