Responsibilities
- work on a mix of technology and commercial deals, in teams or independently
- maintain and develop client relationships and deliver high-quality services
- perform legal drafting and research with strong attention to IP licensing and data protection
- support cross-sector projects including TMT, Defence, Retail, Government, Energy
- participate in large-scale procurements and technology-related projects
- collaborate with colleagues to provide a first-class client management approach
Key requirements
- Circa 2-5 PQE
- background in commercial, IT, IP or telecoms
- technology awareness
- in-house experience encouraged
- ability to work with some independence
- exceptional drafting and legal research abilities
- familiarity with IP licensing and data protection beneficial but not essential
