AI Architect

Overview

As an AI Architect at Avanade, you will lead the architecture and delivery of large, complex agentic AI solutions using Microsoft technologies, while shaping Avanade’s agentic AI capabilities. You will mentor the AI & Data practice and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to translate roadmaps into scalable, secure solutions. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic architecture, contributing to thought leadership and reusable assets. You will drive impact by aligning solutions with enterprise standards and the latest Microsoft tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader within the AI & Data practice, mentoring architects and senior engineers; stay ahead of Microsoft AI roadmap and translate patterns into practical guidance.
• Shape and grow Avanade’s Agentic AI community by establishing best practices, architectural patterns, standards, and reusable assets; contribute to thought leadership and enablement.
• Lead solution shaping with clients to understand requirements and define solution direction; own end-to-end architecture for complex agentic AI solutions from concept to production.
• Design and deliver solutions using Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry; provide hands-on technical leadership across design, build, integration, and deployment.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Lead delivery of large, complex AI programmes with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders; engage with senior client audiences as a trusted technical advisor; support pre-sales activities and technical bids.
