Responsibilities

• Build and manage trusted advisor relationships with key customers and tailor nutritional solutions for measurable results
• Apply poultry nutrition knowledge across life stages to improve health, growth, and efficiency
• Develop deep understanding of customer operations, drivers and objectives
• Create account plans, identify growth opportunities, monitor progress, and provide forecasts
• Drive sales growth by implementing structured plans and leveraging nutritional technologies
• Maintain industry awareness and continuously develop technical/advisory capabilities
• Collaborate with nutritionists and technical specialists to deliver high-value customer support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to stay ahead in broiler and layer nutrition solutions
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with technical, marketing, supply chain and R&D teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Tailor engagement to diverse customer segments and balance short-term wins with long-term growth
• Leverage global expertise, tools, and technologies to offer best-in-class UK market solutions
• Share insights, support colleagues, and enhance training and customer materials
• Track market intelligence to inform strategy and maintain relevance
• Identify unmet customer needs and co-create new solutions and value-added services

Key requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in fluent English
• Demonstrated success in Technical Sales/Customer Nutritionist roles in the UK Poultry Industry
• Experience supporting a range of customers at different levels and able to articulate new products and concepts
• Commercial acumen to grow existing accounts and develop new ones
• Ability to work cross-functionally across internal stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK and to internal Cargill locations
