Sr. Project Manager, Platform Professional Services (Remote, GBR)

In this Senior Project Manager role, you will lead the deployment of CrowdStrike’s platform services for customers, guiding projects from kickoff to closure and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will collaborate with technical teams, sales, and client stakeholders to align expectations and drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-kickoff to closure, delivering on time, on budget, and to high quality
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, and schedules for successful execution
• Create project collateral and artifacts to establish a strong PM practice
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates
• Lead a team of engineers and consultants to ensure delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies; develop contingency plans
• Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support to ensure alignment and communication
• Ensure projects follow industry best practices and deliver high-quality services
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement

Key requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain
• Strong understanding of SIEM solutions, including architecture, functionality, and implementation
• Experience with waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Excellent project management, planning, risk management, and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk identification and mitigation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows
