Overview
In this senior leadership role, you will guide large-scale cyber and operational resilience transformations for major financial institutions. You’ll shape client strategy, lead complex programmes, and grow Capco’s offerings while promoting responsible AI-enabled delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to strengthen resilience across regulatory and technology landscapes. This position combines advisory leadership, delivery excellence, and a focus on AI-enabled, governance-conscious execution to drive meaningful client impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale cyber and operational resilience programmes with regulatory alignment (PRA, DORA)
- Oversee resilience assessments across operations, technology, and third-party risk using AI-enabled analytics
- Define and implement resilience frameworks, governance, controls, and reporting with responsible AI practices
- Drive cyber resilience strategy including posture assessments, security architecture, and cloud security
- Lead business development, proposition creation, and growth of Capco’s resilience offerings
Key requirements
- Extensive experience in cyber risk, operational resilience, and third-party risk in financial services or consulting
- Proven success delivering transformation programmes and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Experience building teams and guiding innovative, AI-adoption initiatives
- Strong understanding of PRA, DORA, and global resilience standards
