Workday Reporting/Prism Associate Manager

Overview

As a Workday Reporting/Prism Associate Manager, you will guide clients through reporting and analytics within Workday, enabling data-driven decisions and enhanced HR processes. You’ll work with a global team on large-scale transformations, translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations. You’ll shape analytics, leverage AI-enabled capabilities, and contribute to a growing library of assets. Responsibilities

• Assess and rationalise client reporting needs and provide a value-based reporting inventory
• Collaborate with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements; translate business needs into efficient reports and configurations
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends for large data sets
• Understand complex analytics use cases and propose workarounds while coordinating with internal teams
• Develop technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework

Key requirements

• Experience in data analysis or reporting/analytics in Workday or similar ERPs
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, organize, and analyze reporting requirements
• Proven ability to translate and visualize requirements using Workday or similar analytics platforms
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions
• Thrive in diverse environments, meet deadlines, and demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor in any field
• Fluency in English
