Fitness Manager: Flexible Contracts, Elevate Members

The Gym Group in Feltham is seeking a Fitness Manager to support the General Manager in the successful running of the gym and deputise in their absence. You will lead our in-gym service, engage members and drive satisfaction while upholding our values.

You will line-manage fitness trainers, develop the group exercise timetable, ensure high operational standards, and collaborate with suppliers. A flexible contract is available to suit your needs.
