Student Learning & Progress Support Assistant

The Littlehampton Academy is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide high-quality support to students during lessons, helping individuals and small groups stay engaged and achieve learning objectives.

You will monitor students’ responses, give constructive feedback to teachers, keep accurate records, liaise with parents as needed, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
