IT Assistant — 24/7 Luxury Hotel Tech Support

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking an IT Assistant to support both guests and colleagues with 1st line IT issues, while configuring networks, hardware and software and ensuring secure access across systems.

The role requires flexibility to cover a 24/7, rotating shift including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays to keep our luxury hotel running smoothly.
