Hybrid Social Worker — Autism & SEND (Child & Adolescent)

Connect2Dorset, Dorset Council’s managed service recruitment partner, is recruiting an experienced Level 2/3 Qualified Social Worker to join the Preparation for Adulthood Team within the Birth to Settled Adulthood (B2SA) Service.

This role focuses on supporting children and young people aged 0-25 with autism, learning disabilities, SEND and complex needs, coordinating across health, education and social care to keep families connected to community supports.
