Compassionate Healthcare Assistant – Bank Shifts

Three Shires Hospital, part of Circle Health Group in Northampton, is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for bank shifts. The role involves supporting wards staff, assisting with personal care, nutrition and observations, and providing compassionate patient care on an as-and-when-required basis.

The position requires good communication, basic literacy and the ability to follow instructions, with NVQ Level 2/3 desirable. Employed on a bank basis with flexible hours across shifts.
