Global Head of Learning & Education — Build the Function

Fresha is hiring a Head of Corporate Learning and Education to build a company-wide learning function from the ground up in London. You will create scalable frameworks, onboarding programs, product education and career pathways, partnering with Product, Engineering and People teams to drive transformation and measurable impact.

You’ll lead a global learning team, implement an LMS stack, define KPIs and demonstrate learning’s impact on business outcomes as Fresha scales.
