Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Overview

In this role, you will deliver mobile building services support across central London sites, performing planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. You will work under the Portfolio Supervisor to maintain high standards of workmanship and system reliability. Your work will support safe, compliant operations and proactive issue resolution, enhancing building performance for clients. Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Portfolio Supervisor
• Perform full mechanical and electrical PPM and reactive works
• Close/update completed PPM tasks on the site CMMS
• Ensure workmanship standards maximise building operation and reliability
• Assist specialist subcontractors for PPM and reactive works
• Adhere to QA and HSE procedures and maintain site records
• Inspect service conditions, manage callouts/repairs, and work safely from platforms and ladders
• Maintain JLL tools and support contract success
• Complete other tasks as requested by management

Key requirements

• Worked or currently working in a similar HVAC environment
• Experience with Air Handling Units, 4 pipe fan coil units, emergency lighting, L8, fire alarm testing, lighting systems, plumbing
• Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems)
• City & Guilds/NVQ – in Mechanical, Electrical or Building services
• IPAF
• PASMA
• IT skills in Excel and MS Office
