Overview

As a Senior Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale cloud-based TPM and CLM implementations for clients across sectors. You’ll design end-to-end solutions, align projects with regulatory requirements, and manage senior stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes. The role combines hands-on delivery with thought leadership and practice development to grow our TPM/CLM advisory capabilities. You’ll work with top vendors and drive transformation that enhances resilience and efficiency in client ecosystems. This is a chance to shape how organizations manage third parties at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud-based TPM/CLM implementations and transformations
• Design end-to-end TPM/CLM solutions and oversee multi-system integrations
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to translate technical value into business outcomes
• Provide leadership to delivery teams and mentor junior members
• Develop methodologies for project delivery and contribute to eminence activities and vendor relationships
• Support cross-team collaboration to deliver complex TPM technology programs

Key requirements

• Extensive experience leading large-scale cloud-based TPM/CLM implementations
• Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions and integration strategies for multi-system environments
• Expertise with TPM/CLM technologies (e.g., Aravo, ProcessUnity, Icertis, Coupa Risk Assess, Docusign CLM, Coupa CLMA, Sirion, ServiceNow)
• Strong understanding of UK/EU regulatory landscape in TPM/CLM
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and communicating clear business value
• Proven leadership of delivery teams and mentoring of staff
• Ability to build high-performing delivery teams with internal and external parties
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
