Senior PM, Social Housing Refurbishment & Council Projects

Lewisham is recruiting a Project Manager to lead refurbishment and maintenance works in social housing across Lewisham properties. You will manage a small on-site team, visit sites, survey conditions, define scopes of work and appoint contractors to deliver programmes costing £20,000–£100,000, with overall £10 million of work planned over three years.

You will oversee approximately three new properties each week, maintain trackers for progress, costs and handovers, and coordinate façade works
