Maintenance Co-ordinator & Team Lead (Multi-Skilled)

Our Client is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Co-ordinator to lead a small team of maintenance fitters and ensure safe, reliable operations on site. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage records, and support factory improvements.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 16:15. Salary ranges from £41,000 to £44,000 depending on experience, with paid overtime and benefits. Experience with mills, lathes, and grinders is essential for this role.
