Head of Academy Operations & Growth (Wales)

Brook Street in South Wales is seeking a Head of Academy Operations & Development to lead the launch and growth of a brand-new Academy. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of operations, training delivery, systems, and stakeholder management.

You will drive the rollout of training programs, manage trainers and learning partners, implement LMS systems and build strong employer partnerships to grow the academy commercially while ensuring high learner outcomes.
