My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for an Operations Director.

For thisOperations Directorrole, they require someone who has:

• Previously been in an Operations Manager or Operations Director role within contract catering
• Experience managing a large patch of business
• Strong financial understanding of the different types of contracts within contract catering e.g. cost plus, commercial etc
• The desire to grow within a forward thinking company

All candidates applying for this Operations Director role must have been in an Operations Manager or Operations Director role within contract catering in the last year.
