People Partner: Talent, Culture & Engagement Leader

Avove is seeking a People Partner to join our People & Culture team in the Chorley/Warrington area. You will coach managers, lead employee relations, and drive talent, capability and culture initiatives to attract, retain and develop exceptional people.

Based from our offices with occasional travel, you will partner with leaders to build high-performing teams, deliver HR guidance, shape workforce plans and ensure policy compliance while enhancing employee experience.
