Civil Estimator – Groundworks & Civils (Car Allowance)

Linsco Ltd. is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the pre-construction team in the East Midlands, office-based with occasional site visits. You will prepare accurate tenders across civil engineering, groundworks and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include tender review, quantity take-offs, cost planning and liaison with clients and subcontractors, with a focus on delivering competitive bids and value engineering where appropriate.
