Regional Asset Finance Growth Lead

OSB Group is seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager (Asset Finance) to lead broker relationships across a regional portfolio and drive deal flow from enquiry to payout. You will balance risk and profitability while delivering exceptional service to brokers and customers.

In this fast-paced field-based role, you will network in the market, manage your pipeline, and collaborate with Credit and Operations to close transactions. You will join a high-performing team within InterBay Asset Finance.
