Dementia Care Companion – Part-Time Support

Encompass is seeking a compassionate Companion Worker for Greenlaw/Duns to provide regular companionship and support in a private home. The role supports an elderly gentleman and his wife, delivering friendly conversation, social activities, and reassurance tailored to his needs.

Experience with dementia is essential; training is preferred but not required if practical skills are strong. The position offers 5 hours per week at £14.05 per hour, with references and PVG checks needed.
