Social Worker – Children’s Assessment & Safeguarding Impact

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a qualified social worker to join the Children’s Assessment Service. You will be part of a duty rotation handling assessments and leading Section 47 investigations when required, with strong support from experienced managers.

The role requires a current Social Work England registration, ASYE (or equivalent), and experience with families in a statutory setting. You will contribute to thoughtful, evidence-based assessments and effective intervention plans.
