Temporary Administrator Opportunity – Immediate Start Available
We’re recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a friendly and supportive office team in Frome. This is an immediate-start assignment expected to last up to 3 months, offering consistent part-time hours and valuable experience within a growing business.
Working on behalf of a well-established company that supports industrial and commercial businesses across the West Country, this Administrator position offers an excellent opportunity to build your administrative skills within a busy and welcoming environment.
This role would suit an experienced Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or Admin Coordinator who enjoys working in a structured office setting and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and record maintenance
- Updating spreadsheets and company databases
- Processing and managing documentation
- Supporting day-to-day office administration
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Assisting with internal communications and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar office-based role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
