Hybrid Employability & Skills Mentor for Youth & Adults

Adecco are recruiting an Employability and Skills Mentor to work in the South Gloucestershire community, based in Yate. This temporary, full-time position offers £18.96 per hour, a 37-hour week, and a focus on helping people develop employment paths and personal growth.

You will liaise with schools and training providers, run diagnostics to create action plans, and record progress in the CRM while supporting progression and successful outcomes.
