SEN Learning Support Assistant – Term-Time, Long-Term Role

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a residential special school in Southwater. The role is full-time, term-time, with hours 08:30-4pm, salary £88-£110 per day, guaranteed until July 2027.

You will support learners with SEN including SEMH and ASC, provide teaching assistance, run group and individual activities, and monitor progress under the teacher’s guidance in a warm, holistic education environment on site.
