Senior Industrialisation & Assembly Methods Lead

Safran Gloucester is seeking an experienced Inspection and Assembly Methods Manager to lead the Inspection and Assembly Methods functions. You will drive operational excellence, industrialisation, and continuous improvement across high-quality assembly operations.

Reporting to the Head of Assembly, you will manage budgets, CAPEX, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety, cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
